Mangoberry's CARD CHALLENGE #2

hi everyone!

it's already mid of the month, so now it's time to kick off the second card challenge ;)
are you excited? ;)

although we, Indonesian, don't celebrate mother's day in May, most of other countries celebrate it every second Sunday of May.. :) so i think it's not to late to say, Happy mother's day for all mom.. it's literally the toughest job in the world :) am proud to be one...

still fresh in my mind, the day I become a mom to my lovely son... it's the best feeling I ever had in my life..<3
because of that, I think it's time to have a baby theme for a challenge ;)  it could be: welcoming baby card, congratulation baby card, baby shower card, baby/toddler birthday card, or mother-to-be card,etc... as long as it's all about baby, you are welcome to submit your card ;)

Melania Deasy's new digital stamps...

yes, you read it right!
Deasy, our fellow Indonesian crafter is now launching her own digital stamps... :)
I'm so proud of her.. she's fantastic.. that's the first thing that come to my mind when she showed me the sneak peak of the stamps...  She proved that all of us can reach our dreams if we believe in it, despite of all the barriers ahead.. Gosh, I'm so proud of you, girl.. *hugs*

when she asked me to join her celebrate the launch of the digital stamps.. I had doubt.. I never follow any challenge before and for some reasons, still not interested to do so.. ;)  but, don't know why she still insisted me to join.. *LOL* I feel very honored for this opportunity.. thanks so much for trusting in me.. :)

btw, here's the full set of her digital stamps called AERO BOY.. cool right? ;) it will begin to sell in April 21st in Melania Deasy's blog...

and here's the card I made from this set..
the 1st one is a birthday card for my husband.. since today is also his birthday..so I think, why not making one from this set? ;) I changed the little flag in the boy's left hand with the big one.. this set is so versatile..looooove it :)

Mangoberry's CARD-CHALLENGE #1

pasti udah pada ga sabar ya nungguin kick-off 1st challenge-nya yaa.. hehe.. after a couple days ago, I posted the rules, banyak teman-teman yg kasih saran, comment, kritik, sebagai bentuk cinta pada Mangoberry... and I really appreciated that *hugs* :)

so, after considering all things, I need to change/add the rules a little bit.. :) i will re-write the rules again, but the words in PURPLE, is the new addition for that.. please read it carefully... :)

MANGOBERRY'S CARD CHALLENGE RULES:

1. Peserta adalah para crafter yg berdomisili di Indonesia (tidak harus warga negara Indonesia, asal alamat pengiriman adalah di wilayah Indonesia)
2. Peserta mengirimkan foto KARTU karya sendiri, bukan karya orang lain (please remember: kami hanya menerima foto KARTU kreasi, bukan tag or scrapbook page or scrapbook album, ataupun kartu yg menggunakan foto pribadi)
3. foto kartu harus polos, tidak menyertakan watermark identitas pembuatnya (karena pemenang akan ditentukan melalui voting)
4. Kami menerima kreasi kartu apa saja dengan menggunakan hand-stamped image, digital image, quilling creations, origami card, dll. selama kartu tersebut sesuai dengan TEMA yg diminta. Kami berhak mendiskualifikasi kartu yg tidak sesuai dengan tema.
5. Kartu tersebut harus kartu karya terbaru dan belum pernah dipublish di mana pun (kartu yg backdate/pernah dipublish atau sedang dipublish ketika challenge berlangsung, baik di blog ataupun di akun FB, akan didiskualifikasi)

Exciting news ;)

happy monday :)

hope everyone is doing well :)

I'm back with an exciting news regarding new programs that will be held by Mangoberrycraft.com starting this month :)
well, we have 3 programs actually, and I'm so excited to share it for you...

1. SALE of the week

setiap minggunya, kami akan mengadakan SALE of the week for at least 10 items or more :) it will always starts setiap hari Senin jam 00.00 dan berakhir hari Minggu jam 24.00
item-item tersebut akan berganti setiap minggunya.. and I will do random for it :) I mean, I will mixed up the brands... (not particularly doing SALE for one brand). excited, right? ;)

2. PRE-ORDER 

starting April, kami akan memulai program Pre-Order. Jadi teman-teman bisa langsung memesan melalui website :) barang-barang Pre-Order ini adalah barang yg SUDAH kami orderkan ke supplier dan sedang dalam perjalanan ke Indonesia (barang upcoming). Stock yg ada juga menyesuaikan berapa jumlah stock yg kami order ke supplier, jadi sistemnya first come, first serve :)
cara pemesanannya adalah dengan melakukan pembelian seperti biasa di website, namun karena barangnya masih status pre-order, maka pembayaran tidak perlu full, tapi hanya DP 50%. Masa reserve adalah 3 x 24jam, jika tidak ada konfirmasi pembayaran DP lewat dari masa yg ditentukan, otomatis booking akan ter-cancel dan jumlah stock akan kembali ke item semula.

3. Mangoberry Card Challenge ;))

yes, you read it right :) every month Mangoberry akan mengadakan card challenge utk para cardmaker Indonesia. Tema akan berganti setiap bulannya.. I will explain all the details in my next post :) still finalizing couple of things here.. hehehe..

it's April already :))

ternyata udah lama juga ga posting... so sorry for that.. :-s  akhir-akhir ini, lagi sibuk ngurusin sekolah anak, searching sana-sini, trial sana-sini, akhirnya this week we finally fixed up the school choice for Irsy :))

so, we moved to website part now.. hehe..

I will try to explain a bit details for that.. please read it carefully, for this important information.. I hope this explanation will answer most of the questions :)

1. customer log-in
buat teman-teman yg ingin memesan di website kami, harus mendaftar terlebih dahulu di bagian "customer baru". please bare in mind, bahwa semua column isian, harap diisi semua termasuk kode unik yg ada di bawahnya.. jika tidak diisi semua, pasti secara otomatis akan disuruh mengulangi kembali.. 

2. Order

jika sudah fix dengan order anda, silahkan segera menyelesaikan belanja anda, dengan melakukan check-out. Karena jika tidak langsung dicheck-out, item-item dalam keranjang belanja anda masih dapat diambil oleh kustomer lain. Masa booking adalah 3x24 jam sejak order dilakukan, jika lewat dari masa tersebut dan belum ada konfirmasi transfer, maka order akan batal secara otomatis.
  
3. perubahan order
order yg sudah dicheck-out harus sudah final dan tidak dapat diubah kembali.. Jika ada kustomer yg ingin mengubah (baik itemnya, atau quantitynya), maka harus mengirim request kepada admin (bisa melalui email, sms, inbox di FB, dll). setelah request diterima, admin akan meng-cancel order ada sebelumnya, dan anda dipersilakan untuk melakukan pengorderan kembali di website... resiko dari pembatalan order adalah stock akan kembali ke item tersebut, dan jika anda tidak cepat-cepat melakukan pengorderan kembali, bisa saja item tersebut diambil orang lain... so, saran dari kami: periksa kembali order anda, sebelum melakukan check-out

4. fungsi "email saya jika barang ini tersedia"

jika anda tertarik pada item-item yg sudah habis, silakan mengisi ini.. kami akan berusaha merestock barang yg anda request dan akan mengirimkan email kepada anda ketika barang sudah tersedia kembali. 
tapi mohon diingat, fungsi ini bukan berarti booking atau PO. Kami hanya akan sekedar meng-email anda ketika barang tersedia, dan kustomer sendiri yang harus melakukan pengorderan di website kami. 

5. kategori "PRE-ORDER"

semua barang di website kami adalah ready stock, kecuali jika item tersebut terdapat pada kategori "pre-order". kategori ini berarti barang-barang tersebut SUDAH kami orderkan ke supplier, namun masih dalam perjalanan ke Indonesia (barang belum ready di tempat kami). Kami akan memberikan keterangan di setiap produk, kapan barang akan tiba di Indonesia.
Kustomer dapat memesan barang-barang pre-order ini, dengan cara mengordernya seperti biasa, namun pembayaran tidak dilakukan secara full, tetapi hanya melakukan DP sebesar 50% dari harga barang. Jika tidak melakukan DP dalam 3 hari, maka order akan batal secara otomatis, dan stock akan kembali ke item tersebut.

6. Pengiriman

pengiriman paket memakai jasa JNE setiap hari Senin - Sabtu.
Jika konfirmasi transfer kami terima sebelum jam 3 sore, maka paket dapat dikirim pada hari yg sama. 
Jika konfirmasi transfer di atas jam 3 sore, maka paket akan dikirim keesokan harinya. 
Khusus untuk hari Sabtu, konfirmasi transfer harus sebelum jam 10 pagi, jika ingin dikirim hari itu juga.. lewat dari jam 10 pagi, kami akan mengirimnya pada hari Senin.

welcome to MangoberryCraft.com blog! :)

wooohooo.. finally we're open :)

Seneng banget rasanya bisa launched my very own website MangoberryCraft.com :) setelah hampir 1,5 tahun berbisnis melalui Facebook, akhirnya bisa juga punya website sendiri.. :) well, it tooks hardwork to do this.. there's alot things to do even in last minutes before launching.. padahal kita udah mulai ngerjain dari sebulan yg lalu... :)

mungkin banyak yg bertanya kenapa akhirnya Mangoberry Craft bikin website..sebenernya ada beberapa alasan.. but I have 2 important reasons here yang bikin perbedaan besar dengan berbisnis melalui FB ;)
pertama: I admitted, dengan memajang barang dagangan lewat album foto, semua rekapan akan dilakukan secara manual, dengan men-tally satu-satu orderan masing2 customer, dihitung manual dan rekap manual lewat inbox :-s  semua jadi tambah complicated, kalau ada yg batal, ganti barang, minta ini minta itu, atau notifikasi yg tidak masuk :( dengan melakukan rekap secara manual, banyak banget human errornya, belum lagi ada pending waktu.. :( mudah-mudahan dengan adanya website, bisa menjawab tantangan itu.. semua order akan otomatis direkap ke email anda sesaat setelah anda klik tombol "Check-out" :D
kedua: menurut pengalaman, banyak teman-teman customers yg tidak suka order melalui photo comment dengan berbagai alasan :) well, I hope dengan adanya website, akan menghapus semua kekhawatiran itu.. karena tidak ada seorang pun yg bakal tahu siapa belanja apa, kecuali kami, owner Mangoberry.. hehe.. dan kami menjamin kerahasiaan semua data anda.. *sueeer* :D

I believe website ini masih banyak kekurangan.. so kalau teman-teman ada kritik, saran ataupun komentar, bisa langsung PM me on facebook or comment, or email ke customerservice_mangoberry@yahoo.com yaa.. we'll try our best to accommodate your requests :) kami akan berusaha utk terus memperbaiki kekurangan2 kecil tersebut..

Finally, I wanna thanks my little brother, Rocky, to make this dream coming true.. :) we were starting from zero when creating and establishing this website.. he's awesome :) I also wanna thanks my hubby, for believing in me and put alot of efforts to make it work.. and of course, the most of all, I wanna thanks my loyal customers, to still have faith for me.. :) I will give my best to serve you.. :)
